The Banff Wellness Retreat is a unique experience, where you can escape from your everyday routine and immerse yourself in relaxation, holistic self care and powerful transformation. Body and Mind events will run simultaneously in two separate meeting spaces – The Timber Wolf Room and The Grey Wolf Room. Each time slot will present the opportunity to nurture the Body or the Mind, creating a balanced approach to your personal transformation.

Following your purchase of a weekend admission pass, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket, event information and instructions to create your personalized Banff Wellness Retreat weekend schedule. With up to 26 events to choose from, you will be able to customize your daily schedule and create a retreat experience tailored to you!
