Nurture your body with a series of movements based on classical stretch and somatic exercises. Move slowly and intuitively for optimum openness while calming your nervous system. You will feel more open and relaxed with each movement and you will also receive Reiki at the end of class for full relaxation and release. This event will give you tools to use throughout the Retreat Weekend to alleviate any tension and keep your body in balance.
